Pug Ryan's Steakhouse, Dillon's oldest Steakhouse since 1975, Classic Colorado dining

Pug Ryan's steakhouse has been the town of Dillon's centerpiece restaurant and watering hole since 1975. We are famous for slow roasted prime rib, hand cut angus steaks, tender baby back ribs and fresh seafood. Nightly chef's specials, fresh pasta dishes and a children's menu round out your choices. We have something to please everyone! With the recent addition of Candace Yanke, our Director of Culinary Operations, look for exciting new specials and beermaker's dinners.

The Pub menu features signature items like the Downhill Deluxe Burger, Pug's Philly Sandwich, fresh beer battered fish and chips, angus burgers and more.

Ahi Tuna, Calamari, Crab Cakes and our famous chicken wings highlight our giant appetizer menu.

During the cold winter months our fireside pub offers warmth and cheer to all who make Pug Ryan's their hangout. Flat screen TVs, a crackling real wood fireplace, the great brews and friendly people are some of the reasons you'll come back time and again. Then there's the food - all fresh made, all guaranteed good; you can't go wrong. Join us for a few beers or for dinner.

Come in and check out the current slogan by Bob the Fish. The main dining room has a fine antique sled collection, and the front dining room has a western flair with real memorabilia from the old west.
